RETURN POLICY
*We issue STORE CREDIT for ALL returns.
*Returns MUST be made within 7 days of the date you receive your item(s).
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
Item(s) must:
- have tags still attached
- be unworn
- be unwashed
- stain free (including all makeup/deodorant)
- smell free (no smoke or perfume)
- have no animal hair
- not be a peachy deal, bodysuit, leggings, swimwear, bralettes, shoes, home decor, candles/wax melts, bags or any jewelry/accessory item
- not be any sale items, discounted items, grab bags, or any items where a coupon was used
- BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY
*If you meet all of these requirements, then you're item is eligible to be returned!
*Please note that if you return a non-returnable item or you do not meet these requirements, you will be responsible for the return shipping as well as a 15% restock fee that will be deducted from the price of the item.
SHIPPING RETURN POLICY
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are only given in the form of a store credit which is applied to your account once return is confirmed. Remember that refunds must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery! Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your return for the store credit. Please allow us 1-2 business days to approve and add any account credit!
LOCAL PICK-UP RETURN POLICY
All local pickup customers will have 7 days to pick up their item once it has been fulfilled. (This is also the period of time for you to be allowed to return the item) Therefore, if you do not pick it up before the 7 days of your order, your item will then automatically become a final sale. If you place an order during the weekend please allow until Monday evening for order to be fulfilled. Refunds will be in the form of an ONLINE STORE CREDIT unless you come in and exchange it for an item of equal or more value that same day of return. Once we receive your return, please allow us 1-2 business days to approve and add any account credit!

If you received an item that has been damaged, please contact us twistedpeachcustomerservice@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving or picking up your item(s). Please include an image of the damaged area as well as a description of what the damage is. Our customer service team will get you taken care of as swiftly as possible!
